The location is fab, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from city center. The breakfast itself is large and scrumptious and the food is outstanding...

Special hotel with reasonably large and beautiful rooms and a private bathroom. What an exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location up to the Tschuggen area of the resort! Based really close to the Tschuggen Grand and the restaurants and the airport.

Really good spa services that pamper and relax.
The key to the bath lockers should have a wrist strap for convenience.

I like the hotel staff - very detail oriented and be able to satisfy almost all my requirements. The hotel is equipped with around a hundred plus rooms so it gives quiet environment and not much traffic in the area. By natural the area in Arosa is already a calm and relaxing one. The view surrounding is wondeful and the period I stayed there was the time of Arosa car show, which as an added beautiful event!
There is no public transport between train station and the hotel. May be I come from the Asian country I find it difficult to get warm/hot water especially needed during the winter time.

Wonderful breakfast buffet. Helpful shuttle into the town. Enjoyed the mountain shuttle, as well.
Did not honor what I was told on phone when room changed to double. Price increased dramatically and was also supposed to upgrade room but did not. Shower floods room. No newspaper delivery. Turn down was too late at night.

We liked the spa, the excellent breakfast and the very friendly staff.
We did not like the "La Collina" restaurant, especially the salat buffet which was quite poor. We also did not like the atmosphere in the restaurant, the mixture of music from the restaurant with the sound coming from the bar. Furhermore, we did not like the design mixture in the hotel: the hotel has no real consistent style, the architect used a combination of expensive fine materials, down to cheap. Especially, the furniture is partially quite ugly.

First class service - made our 25th wedding anniversary very special. Staff were clearly informed on the day and congratulated us. Everyone made an effort to provide excellent service throughout our stay. Spa facilities were very good and the design and interior decor world class. Evidently a well managed hotel. We will definitely return!

We spent an very nice time exploring the Bike Kingdom Arosa Lenzerheide, with its varied trails perfect for our family adventures. The spa services were good, and the kids loved the outdoor play area. Dining at the restaurant was a treat with some exquisite regional specialties.
In my wife's opinion, some more outdoor seating options would enhance family time.

Everything was just perfect but they don't allow kids (until 4 year) to go in the swimming pool (1.40 meter deep). They just let them in the swimming pool for kids, which is just about 50 cm deep. We could finally go in the more deeper swimming pool (with our 3 months kid), after negotiating with the lifeguard.

The hotel was exactly what I needed from a spa hotel. It was spotless but not clinical. The staff were attentive but not over bearing. The spa facilities offered the best there is with constantly replenished supplies of towels, fruit and drink. I can't fault this place.
Absolutely nothing.

missingWrote a review on 25 Marreally good spanoisy disturbancelimited dining options
We encountered a noisy disturbance from the window frames early each morning, disrupting our peaceful mornings. The dining options were disappointing, as there were limited fresh vegetables, leaving us craving something more substantial like real salads. The ambiance at dinner felt too stuffy and old-fashioned, which didn't align with our desire for a more contemporary dining experience.

Great SPA area, very nice rooms, very helpful staff.
Looks from outside a bit like an old hospital, quite deceptive; however, the excellent interior easily makes up for this.
